The game is played in real time and the game keeps on going even when you're not logged in. Success in the game is determined by careful strategy and good timing, not by constant online presence. From now on until schedule12/26/2025, 9:00 AM you will receive an extra 20% worth of credits for the regular price when purchasing credits or activating a prepaid code for a credit package. This means that the small package now contains 1200 credits and the large package is bursting at the seams with 2400 credits. Both packages also come with snowballs to pelt at your loved ones.

It appears the city of Tromsø has begun to celebrate a strange variation of Christmas. Unfamiliar customs and mysterious symbols replace wreaths and holly in preparation for a grim celebration of the darkest day of the year. Cultists chant alien hymns about humanity's insignificance in a vast, uncaring cosmos. As the solstice approaches, the stars align, and the town begins to fall into madness.

About the Singing Cactus and the Flaming Tumbleweed.

As the year approaches the end so does Popmundo's 20th birthday celebration quest. So if you still haven't visited the Singing Cactus or caught the Flaming Tumbleweed yet, you might want to do so soon. This quest will be removed when 2024 is over.
The Flaming Tumbleweed will spawn with extra charges for the remainder of the year to make things easier for everyone.
