so long to the past
it begs belief that rio is my home, but for such a long time - after the accident - it wasn't. the physical pain in my chest just by being there, knowing the memories we made there was enough to turn me off the place completely.
i was lucky to find love after, it was different, not the same, but good and i felt lucky.
and now, i am back on my own again, exploring this vast wasteland and wondering what the hell i am doing with my life.
i can't keep living in the past, hanging on to the dead and hoping that i'd wake up and it'll be all dream. but then maybe, just maybe, i am destined to do life on my own for a while - explore, travel, learn about me.
whatever the answer is, i won't give up and i will find it.
