Managing a global business is never easy. Even with highly skilled executives, each with rare talents and prestigious degrees from top universities, there’s always an endless list of tasks to manage and strategic decisions to make. The market is constantly shifting, and staying ahead of the competition requires continuous analysis and quick adaptation. After a long stretch of overseas business meetings, intense negotiations, and countless time zone shifts, I’ve finally brought my beautiful wife and kids back to New York. The pressure of balancing family and business is real, but at least here, I can breathe a little easier and focus on what matters most. For now, I plan to settle here with my family, catch my breath, and stay on top of global updates for the company from home. I’ll be managing things from a distance, but the responsibility never truly leaves you.
