This is an opportunity for all punkish newbies to get some fame in a cheap way. The entry fee is the lowest possible, as the purpose isn't to earn money but to help you guys out with getting some fame.
We have a maximum fame of mediocre leaving the biggest shots out and thus the competition will be a lot more exciting for the non-megastars. Winning a competiton means an additional fame boost.
