Rain Downing (RIP), one of the finest citizens you will find in any city in our world. He was a highly active and informed member of the Seattle community. He was always willing to contribute his time and energy to help Seattle grow. He was a dedicated supporter of new artists and a friendly face for new arrivals to the city. As one Seattle citizen described him, "Rain was good people."
