The Chief Justice controlling the court house is an elected official.

◾Getting Married
Once you have scheduled and arranged your wedding ceremony, if it's to be held at 東京地方裁判所, please message the CJ or one of the judges before inviting one to officiate the ceremony.
◾Marriage Matters
Click on Marriage Matters under Speak to Receptionist to see your marriage details. There you can select your spouse and change your surname or request a divorce.
◾Parenting
Adoption Matters, Parental Matters and Custody Matters: you can set up or accept an adoption, request custody of your child and/or change their name on these sections.
