My mother and I have been apart from each other for a while. Spending time with dad, seeing him on the stage and with fans was amazing! He is my hero for sure! But... I can't deny the heartbreak I felt whenever the phone rings and it's not mom on the other side of the line.
Now we are together. And I am covered in kisses and hugs and all those "mi sei mancato"s. But something still feels missing... the feeling of the security coming from a united family is lost to me.
It is either mom or dad now. And the more I grow up, the more I realize I can't have both, no matter how much amore I have in my heart.
