Dexter was born in Chicago, Illinois in an area where it wasn’t so bright and futures weren’t always guaranteed, as a teen he moved to a suburban area with only his mom as his father died when he was very young. His father was said to have been an abusive druggy by his mother when Dexter asked of him, Dexter grew up to resent his father hoping that in the future he won’t be like him at all whilst carrying a small area in his heart that misses him dearly and wishes he had met him. He took up making music just to see where it would land him and took off from Chicago with the insurance check his mother promised him if he made it past high school and now his future is to be written...
